Hotel Zepter Palace, Banja Luka

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean and comfortable with a good bed, had a small size and a bathroom with a problematic toilet. The service was friendly but had communication issues. The location was central with nearby cafes, although noisy due to a disco next door. The dining was average, with some cold and poor options. Overall, the price was fair for the value offered.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. The rooms were a bit untidy with cables across the floor, limiting movement, but the service provided was top-notch, akin to that of five-star hotels. The dining experience was inadequate, with limited food options, but the friendly and pleasant service made up for it. The facilities offered were on a standard, excellent level.

The hotel overlooks the car park where locals party until late, and the room wasn't as booked. However, the staff is nice and understanding, placing a heater in the room. The location is fabulous, right next to the main square, and overall comfortable.
